Led design and strategy on adoption for a newly launched Business AI feature in Ads Manager. I owned direction across seven adoption levers and worked with GTM, data science and engineering to shorten the path to launch: adoption grew ~70x and launch timelines dropped 9x. The playbook I co-wrote is now used by teams launching 0-1 products in Ads Manager.
